With 25+ years’ experience leading in multicultural, start-up and hyper-growth environments in the US, Europe, and Asia, he is adept at linking what is happening on the ground with true financial impacts. A relentless problem solver, Bill enables collaboration in meeting challenges from diverse perspectives. He is skilled at leading through complexities to form simplified actionable options, gaining buy in where needed and driving successful execution. He is sought out for his ability to identify potential opportunities and issues early and proactively, crafting solutions to maximize shareholder and stakeholders' interests. His advisory work has included restructuring sales, back office, and business verticals for in place portfolio companies, building towards an exit. He has also led value creation planning prior to acquisition and interim management / early-stage implementation post-closing. Outside of the Private Equity space, Bill has functioned as SME support for Boston Consulting Group and strategy advisor for early-stage tech ventures. Industries sectors supported are distribution, financial services, consumer goods and real estate. Bill’s background includes large scale transformations in both public and private companies, M&A & integration in the US & abroad and experience as both PE sponsor & portfolio company executive.
